1. This subscription agreement is issued by Mapi Deri Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter shall be briefly referred as Mapi Deri Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.) to set forth rules and conditions of using the following website: https://shop.mapileather.com/
2. Mapi Deri Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. regularly sends campaign and announcement newsletters to subscribers who consent to this agreement and allow them to do online shopping.

San. Tic. Ltd. Şti shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate the subscription without necessity of serving any notice and notification.

The subscriber hereby accepts and agrees that it is not going to copy, reproduce, publish and market any information, document, software, design, graphic, writing, visual element, video and such other works owned by Mapi Deri Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.and available on https://shop.mapileather.com/.
8. https://shop.mapileather.com/ might temporarily suspend or completely terminate operations of the system at any time. If the system is temporarily suspended or completely terminated, Mapi Deri Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall not have any responsibilities towards members of https://shop.mapileather.com/ or third parties. https://shop.mapileather.com/ might prevent a Subscriber from logging in to the system even if s/he types in the correct user name and password or getting a new password without stating any reason. https://shop.mapileather.com/ has copyrights arising from ownership of information, documents, software, designs, graphics and such works produced by the company and / or procured externally.
